Stepping foot in a traditional gym or getting smashed at a bootcamp can be daunting. We get it. That’s why we offer personalised training in a friendly and welcoming group setting.


All our classes are in the great outdoors with trainers who focus on your wellbeing - not just your waistline. We reckon that’s as refreshing as the air we breathe during our group fitness sessions.

Our motivating and intimate outdoor fitness classes are self-paced and perfect for all fitness levels and all health goals - from achieving a PB on your next fun run, or attending your first ever exercise class.

Suited to all fitness levels, your personal trainer will guide you through alternating sets of short, fun, high-intensity training and rest intervals. No two sessions are the same!

CardioFIT.

What’s on your fitness bucket list? Whether it’s your next marathon or your first lap around Lake Weeroona, you can improve your cardio health, burn calories and improve your endurance levels with CARDIOFIT.

A mix of terrains throughout Bendigo, varied training intervals, group games and training with buddies keep this class fun.

 
 

ToneIT

Aching back? Sore neck? Poor posture? With more time than ever spent at our desks, in our cars, or on the couch, TONEIT is the perfect antidote to our sedentary lifestyles.

Build muscle strength, improve body tone, and counteract bad postural habits. These fitness classes include a splash of cardio to keep your workout routine interesting!

FLEXIT

Stretch, strengthen, and de-stress at our group fitness class overlooking Bendigo’s Lake Weeroona.

Combining Pilates, Yoga, and Gymnastics, FLEXIT is a gentle yet powerful workout that’ll enhance muscle tone, improve core strength, flexibility, posture, balance and ward off injury. Try it once and you’ll want to start every day the FLEXIT way.

For all fitness levels. Cardio,strength training and self-defence make quite the combo for one our most popular group outdoor fitness workouts.

Perfect for beginners and seasoned trainers alike, each BOXHIIT session will burn calories, build strength, and improve your cardio health. It’s the ultimate energy boost!

RESISTIT

Tone your muscles using resistance bands, RESISTIT is designed to strengthen your smaller synergist muscles, resistance bands will give you a workout unlike dumbells or barbells!

Your muscles will tone and strengthen, your joints will thank you, and you’ll be amazed at the results that these compact “gyms in a bag” will give you.

 
 

YBellit

Utilise Y Bells, a brand new fitness concept, to build strength, improve your cardio fitness and as always do it with a smile on your dial!

YBells combine Dumbells, Kettlebells and Medicine Balls and you won’t experience a better, all over body, workout.
